Campus Trails is pleased to announce they are the most recent partner to join the Huntsville Hospital Foundation’s Business Cares Program. They have joined the Business Cares initiative because their donation is an investment in our community that will help improve healthcare for all residents.
The Campus Trails development, by Greystone, is a new active community of wellness, culture, and connectivity. It sits on thirty-two acres of land nestled in the trees off Muskoka Road 3 North, right beside Huntsville Hospital. The Tom Condo, (recently sold out) is a modern 30-unit condominium within an inspiring setting, connected trails, and gorgeous views. Campus Trails was inspired by the future, the future of our community, and the legacy of Huntsville.
“We strive to support our community and believe that ‘Campus Trails’ will deliver an active lifestyle that promotes healthy living, active connectivity to nature, and an environment of wellness to feature all that Muskoka has to offer,” says Pat Dubé, owner of Greystone Project Management.
Phase II of Campus Trails, is now well underway and will join the site along with the already active Wellness Centre and the Tom. The next phase of Campus Trails will begin with The Alexander, featuring rooftop terraces and loft units overlooking Fairy Lake and the magnificent rolling landscape of Huntsville. Since 1995, Greystone has maintained a strong reputation in Muskoka in both commercial and residential construction that proudly reflects the dedication of our team to our community. Greystone also has a long history of support to Huntsville Hospital Foundation and this commitment continues with Campus Trails.
Katherine Craine explained: “Pat Dubé, Greystone and now Campus Trails are such devoted supporters of Huntsville Hospital. Wellness and the future is a primary focus of Campus Trails and their team enjoys the feeling they get when giving to our community while helping to ensure the future of our hospital. They have also inspired their new condo owners to also give through the Campus Trails Legacy Fund. It is truly a win-win venture!”
Huntsville Hospital Foundation in partnership with their Business Cares Committee officially launched their new “Business Cares” initiative in January 2016 with the goal of enrolling forty businesses in the community. They are very happy to report that they have surpassed their goal. Their plan is to continue with this successful imitative, as they have many businesses expressing interest in joining the Business Cares community. Since its inception, fifty-six local businesses have committed to donating $25,000 or more over the next five years for Healthcare for life, here.
Pat Dubé Committee Chair, is joined by Committee Members Chantelle Armstrong, Katherine Craine, Mike Harrower, and Trish Kruusmagi who are very active in pursuing new Business Cares Partners, and exploring more, much needed support for Huntsville Hospital.
Pat Dubé sends this message: “The ability of a community to invest in its own health and future for our neighbors, our families and everyone who visits here is evident in the support of local business leaders. I’m sure you share my profound gratitude to them all. We’re great when we work together – that’s Business Cares.”
Huntsville Hospital Foundation is a fundraising organization dedicated to improving healthcare services for residents of Muskoka and East Parry Sound.
