Pumpkin Drop

A FREE community fundraising event for the Kabaeshiwim Respite Women's Shelter, Saugeen First Nation. Come to Saugeen Shores Community Church, side yard @ 650 Green St., Port Elgin to watch the giant pumpkins & gourds fall from the sky! This year The 2nd place Pumpkinfest Giant pumpkin has been donated to this event by grower: Dave Pitura of Merrickville, ON. Weighing in at 1785.5 pounds, this pumpkin will make some noise! Activities include: Kids' loot bags, refreshments, fun activities to enjoy .... and lots of items being dropped!
