
Two people have been charged, following a lengthy pursuit south of Zurich.
Reports say an officer attempted to stop a vehicle just before 8:00 a.m. last Thursday morning, after receiving complaints about an aggressive driver on London Road (Hwy 4).
Police say the suspect fled from officers, and the vehicle was found a short time later abandoned on a private driveway off Goshen Line.
OPP canine units responded to the search, and two suspects were taken into custody.
A 25 year old Lucknow man is facing numerous charges, including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, flight from peace officer, and fail to comply with probation order.
A 40 year old from Central Huron has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and obstruct peace officer.
Both have dates in Goderich court in October.
