Authorities in Barrie are investigating the collapse of a house that killed a 77 year-old man working inside.
First responders were called early Saturday afternoon to a house on Yonge Street near Little Avenue.
It’s believed the homeowner was doing renovations on the vacant house, when it came down.
Fire crews searched the debris to make sure no one else was inside.
City police will be looking into the cause of the collapse.
