Orillia residents with landlines will be receiving a pre-recorded message from Mayor Steve Clarke tonight.
It comes a day after a teacher at Twin Lakes tested positive for COVID-19.
The city says this is not a scam and is not meant to incite panic, but instead to continue providing important COVID-19 information to our community.
