GO Transit weekday service resumes on the Barrie line today.
It will operate hourly in both directions between Aurora and Union Station all day all week long – with some trips extended to serve more stations along the line during peak periods.
We have added an additional weekday bus trip to provide another option to help ensure essential workers can get to their morning shift. Starting Tuesday, September 8, a southbound bus will depart from Allandale Waterfront GO at 4:53 a.m., serve Barrie South GO at 5:08, and then run express to Union Station, arriving at 6:28 a.m.
More than 40 measures are in place to ensure everyone’s health and safety, including: mandatory face coverings for customers and staff.
