A resident has tested positive for Covid-19 at the Pines Long-Term Care facility in Bracebridge.
It follows news that a staff member there had also tested positive for the virus on August 30th, which led to follow-up testing of everyone in the facility.
The District reports that the remainder of all residents living in the affected home area of the facility have tested negative.
Community Update: Following a positive staff result earlier this week, testing of all residents is now complete. At this time, one resident has tested positive for COVID-19 at the Pines.
