Drunk driving charges have been laid, following a traffic complaint on Highway 400 in Tay Township.
Police were called just before 630 yesterday morning, about a possible impaired driver in the southbound lanes of the highway near Port Severn Road.
An officer located the vehicle being driven erratically near Mount St. Louis Road where it was stopped.
After speaking with the driver, a 30 year old North York man was arrested for impaired and dangerous driving.
