Georgian Bluffs is on the hunt for a new Chief Administrative Officer… again.
The township issued a news release on Wednesday stating John Norton left his position on Aug. 29 to join the Town of Kingsville as its CAO.
Norton was hired as Georgian Bluffs’ CAO only two months ago — his hiring was announced on July 3 — after the township enlisted Phelps Executive Search Solutions to lead its executive recruitment.
Georgian Bluffs’ Director of Finance and Treasurer Kassandra Rocca has been appointed interim CAO.
“Rocca will concurrently hold both positions throughout the CAO recruitment process,” a release from the township explains.
