South Bruce OPP say a motorcycle crash has claimed the life of a Saugeen Shores woman.
Police say they were called at 7:45 Tuesday morning (Aug 25) to Concession 10 in former Elderslie Township, north of Chesley.
Concession 10 was closed several hours Tuesday between Bruce County Road 10 and Grey Bruce Line following the crash.
South Bruce and Grey-Bruce OPP officers, along with Bruce County Paramedics arrived to find the motorcycle had gone off the road on the south side.
Police say, the driver, 62-year-old Muriel Thaw of Saugeen Shores, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) unit attended to assist the South Bruce OPP with the investigation.
