A 54-year-old stay at home mom from Orillia has won big.
Paula Moody says she decided to buy the winning $100,000 Instant Bingo Doubler ticket at random.
“I usually play Instant crossword, but I am happy with the
outcome!” she said, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her cheque. “The evening that I won, the clerk at the store helped me by telling me to sign my ticket and not to tell anyone about the win.”
Then Paula went home and woke up her partner to share the big news with him.
Paula plans to buy some new furniture and upgrade her vehicles.
“Just little things, here and there,” she says. “It’s a great feeling, a sense of relief to be able to help the family with these funds,” she concluded.
The winning ticket was purchased at Pioneer on the Run on West Street in Orillia
