Ontario Premier Doug Ford says the province will do what it can to keep the supply chain open.
He and Health Minister Christine Elliott made statements to the Press this afternoon addressing health and increasingly, it seems, store supply concerns.
Ford addressed the panic some shoppers are having over not being able to buy some goods as easily as they once did.
Ford wondered aloud if the Province should begin limiting certain store buys, with healthcare items, for example.
He says he’s also doing a conference call with CEOs at six of the biggest retail chains in the province tomorrow and will provide an update on that afterwards.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says the coroner has not yet updated the province on the potential first death related to Covid-19, which was reported widely yesterday.
