Wasaga Beach has launched a survey to gauge the community’s feelings on cannabis retailers setting up shop in the community.
In late 2018, town council decided the community would ‘opt out’ as a host for cannabis retailers and reaffirmed that decision again last December, at least until it could hear from the public.
The survey is available on Let’s Talk Wasaga Beach and asks if the town should continue to opt-out, or opt-in, but once they are in, they may no longer opt out.
The survey will be available until Sept. 4.
