Grey Bruce OPP charged over a dozen more drivers with stunt driving this past weekend on Highway 6 on the Bruce Peninsula.
Police say between July 31st and August 3rd, 13 more drivers were charged for doing 50 km/h or more over the posted speed limit.
An 18 year old London man is charged for doing over 170 km/h in an 80 zone.
A 34 year old Hamilton resident is charged for doing over 155 km/h in an 80 zone.
A 24 year old Montreal resident is charged for doing over 130km/h in an 80 zone.
A 36 year old Barrie man is charged for doing over 140 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
A 25 year old from Mississauga is charged for doing over 140km/h km an 80 km/h zone.
A 53 year old Burlington resident is charged for doing over 140km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
A 52 year old Mississauga resident is charged for doing over 145 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
A 56 year old Scarborough resident is charged for doing over 135 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
A 28 year old Scarborough resident is charged for doing 140 km/h in an 80km/h zone.
Meanwhile, Grey Bruce OPP also charged stunt drivers in Georgian Bluffs, including a 51 year old from Brampton for doing over 140 km/h in an 80 km/h zone and a 31 year old resident of St. Laurent, Quebec is charged for doing over 130km/h in an 80km/h zone.

Police also laid a number of stunt driving charges in Chatsworth.
A 23 year old man from Stoney Creek was charged for doing 100km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
A 41 year old Mississauga resident was charged for doing over 155 km/h in an 80km/ zone .
OPP say all of these drivers were issued a Provincial Summons, a seven day drivers licence suspension and their vehicles were towed and impounded for seven days.
Local police are reminding people that excessive speed is one of the leading causes of deaths on our highways.
An August 3rd tweet from OPP says there have been 29 deaths on OPP patrolled roads so far this year that have been linked to speed, noting “It doesn't have to be this way.”
