OPP have seized a large quantify of drugs they say was bound to be sold in Grey Bruce and Wellington Counties.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) Hanover Police worked together on a drug investigation that impacted communities in Grey County, Bruce County and Wellington County.
Police say as a result of the investigation, members of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) conducted a vehicle stop along Side road 5 in West Grey.
Following a search of the vehicle, police say they seized more than a kilogram of Methamphetamine and 336 Oxycodone pills. The combined, estimated value of the seized controlled substances is $108,350.00.
Police say they also seized a quantity of cash as offence related property.
A 45-year-old Hanover man is charged with:
Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
A 33 year old West Grey man is charged with:
Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
Both men have court appearances on October 7th.
