A dust-up between two neighbours in Wiarton has resulted in criminal charges.
Provincial Police say they were called to a residence on Frank Street on Monday for a dispute between two neighbours, over feeding seagulls.
Police say after a verbal argument, one of the neighbours spit in the other's face and stepped on their foot.
A 58-year-old Wiarton man is facing an assault charge as a result.
