On Wednesday at 7 pm, Grey and Bruce counties are inviting all residents and graduates to make history with a collective at-home graduation celebration.
The evening will celebrate those graduating from kindergarten, from Grade 8 and from Grade 12 along with those advancing from post secondary institutions and adult education programs.
To spotlight a graduating student at home, participants are asked to use the hashtag #GreyBruceGrad2020 on social media.
Participants are encouraged to share photos and extraordinary stories of life during the COVID-19 pandemic at GreyRoots.com or at brucemuseum.ca, plus display the Grey Bruce Grad 2020 printable poster in front windows
At 7 pm Wednesday night, participating graduates, their friends and families are requested to make ” noise ” from their front yards and balconies.
