The Odawa Heights Project on the east side of Owen Sound is progressing towards Phase 3.
Ruth Lovell Stanners, the chair of the Owen Sound Housing Company, was a guest on ” Home Base ” with Brandon Vanderschot & Fred Wallace and offered an update on the progress of the project and the high level of need for the development.
Odawa Heights is located near Notre dame and St Dominque Savio schools and should create a total of 59 housing units on the development.
The scheduled opening for Odawa Heights is December of 2021.
