Owen Sound police have arrested a 27 year old local man they say was in possession of drugs and firearms.
Police say they were called to a residence on the lower east side of the City, in relation to a concerned citizen's complaint of a man being in possession of firearms.
Officers arrived and arrested the man without incident.
Two firearms, some ammunition, meth and cash were reportedly among the items seized.
The man was charged with numerous offences including Careless Storage of a Firearm and Ammunition, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine.
