Saugeen Shores police say they've responded to over 100 calls for service directly related to COVID-19.
They say between April 5th and 11th they responded to 59 COVID-19 calls for service.
They say they have provided advice and education to 21 people about outdoor restrictions and five people about gatherings of five or more.
Police Chief Mike Bellai says the graduated enforcement approach police are using in COVID-19 occurrences has, so far, been met with 100 per cent compliance and no occurrences have resulted in charges.
Police are encouraging residents to report any breaches of the provincial or federal restrictions they witness to please call the SSPS at 519-832-2500 or Crimestoppers.
They're thanking residents for their understanding and adherence to the provincial and federal restrictions during these difficult times.
