A 43-year-old Huron-Kinloss man has been arrested and faces numerous charges after what police describe as a “situation” in Lucknow.
South Bruce OPP say they were called to the incident along Gough Street around 9 a.m. Friday morning.
Provincial Police closed several roads around the incident location, while a heavy police presence built in the area as a number of specialized OPP resources were brought in.
Bayshore Broadcasting News learned police surrounded an apartment building on Gough Street.
West Region OPP Tactical Rescue Unit officers arrested a 43-year-old Huron-Kinloss Township man for assault, utter threats and multiple counts of fail to comply with probation Friday afternoon.
Police have not released any further information about what prompted the situation, other than to say it was “an isolated incident”.
