With March break just weeks away the Bruce Power Visitors' Centre is hosting daily events for the kids.
A full slate of free activities is planned between March 16-20 week from 9:30 -3 pm.
The week is kicking-off with the Kincardine Kinetic Knights Team 781 on March 16; the team will also be on location on Wednesday and Friday for robotic demonstrations.
There will also be a magic show; three movies – Aladdin, Toy Story 4 and Frozen 2 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday respectively.
If kids want to get moving there's a snowshoe outing with Nancy Griffin from Saugeen Valley Conservation and a Family Yoga session. For animal lovers, the always popular Zoo to You shows will feature mammals, snakes, lizards and spiders.
Chris Mercanti, Manager of Community and Indigenous Relations for Bruce Power says, “there will be something for everyone who comes to the Visitors' Centre.”
All programs are free, though children must be accompanied by an adult (no drop-offs). This year, there will be pre-registration for some activities, so please go to https://www.brucepower.com/in-the-community/march-break/ for more information. There are no food services in the facility, so please bring a lunch or snacks.
