West Grey police have charged a local woman after an incident at a home on Christmas Day.
Police say they were called at about 5:30 in the evening to a West Back Line residence where they learned an altercation involving weapons had occurred after an argument.
They say their investigation led them to charge a 42 year old West Grey woman with two counts of breach of recognizance, two counts of assault with a weapon, one count of assault and one count of mischief under $5000.
She was scheduled to appear in Weekend and Statutory Holiday Court in London on the 26th.
