We talked about the Bayshore Race earlier, today it’s auto racing as the 2016 season at Sauble Speedway will conclude this weekend.
The final weekend at the track will feature two cards.
The first goes Saturday night at 7 pm and is highlighted by the Year End Championships in their 5 divisions, some of which are going down to the wire.
And then Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm, they’ll wrap the race season with a card that features a number of Invitationals plus the Outlaw Midget series.
The 2016 season has been solid for Sauble Speedway.
They started a little later in the calendar.
They deviated from some previous concepts.
They attempted to jam a few more dates into a smaller period of time.
As can be expected, some of the initiatives worked and will be enhanced for 2017, while other concepts flopped and will be discarded going forward.
