I get asked two frequent questions by Attack fans and by hockey fans from June through August;
# 1) What’s the team look like ?
& 2) Are you ready for hockey ?
We’ll get into question # 1 about the Attack later, around September 24th.

I am looking forward to hockey, but the arrival of the OHL, Greater Metro Junior & Junior C hockey signifies the end of summer, in this case, a summer that, weatherwise, never really was.
Still, we’ve got a few more days to try and squeeze the last juices of summer before back to school. back to hockey, back to Fall.

The Owen Sound Salmon Spectacular offers just that for anglers and for those who never get beyond the tent.
Full Throttle Motor Speedway and Sauble Speedway have cards this weekend; in the case of Sauble it’s their season finale.
Hanover Raceway presents the $ 70,000 Balanced Image Final, maybe the last big money race at the track for some time.
And, for those of you who just can’t wait for hockey to resume; the Attack host Barrie on Sunday afternoon in pre-season play.
