Tomorrow is the wrap up day for VanDolders Home Team-Grey Bruce Junior Golf Tour.
They’ll stage their end of year stop and banquet at Stone Tree Golf & Fitness in Owen Sound.
The format tomorrow is significantly more relaxed than the regular tour stops, in that the top players rather than play head to head will be partnered with the less experienced players in somewhat of a mentorship concept.
The winners of the 2014 tour have already been decided, but we’ll let the announcement of the divisional champions be made at the banquet Wednesday afternoon in the Stone Tree hall.
Along with the announcement of the champions, about a half dozen scholarships will be awarded to various players; scholarships that range from $ 500 to $ 1,000.
The van Dolders Grey-Bruce Junior Golf Tour has a history that stretches over more than 2 decades; a history that has provided all kinds of benefits to young players in our region, and promises to continue presenting those opportunities tomorrow at Stone Tree & beyond.
