If the Barrie Colts win tonight at London in the OHL Final, would it not be the greatest upset in decades in the OHL Final ?
Barrie won Game 4 at the Molson Centre 6-4 in a game in which they mustered 10 shots over 2 periods and had the home crowd turning on the power play…..then they rallied to win it on Mark Sheifele’s 4 goals third period.
I just watched in amazement and disbelief.
We’ll see what transpires tonight in London.
A little closer to home this weekend, the Garb & Gear NorthStars are holding a fundraising barbeque tomorrow at Zehr’s followed by their home opener Sunday afternoon at 2 pm when they host Niagara.
Meanwhile, the Senior Quantum Properties NorthStars conclude their stretch of 3 straight road games to start the season tomorrow night at Norwood.
Quantum Properties plays their home opener the following Saturday when they host St Catharines.
