Welcome to the Western Conference in the Ontario Hockey League where a 3 game winning streak for the Owen Sound Attack is about to be tested to the fullest.

It starts tonight in Owen Sound when the Attack welcome the Plymouth Whalers.
Owen Sound beat Plymouth here on Opening Night, but that 61 points ago for Plymouth as they try and track down London for first overall and first in the ” Death Valley ” Western Conference.
Did I say first place London ?
When the Attack get done with Plymouth tonight, they conclude their 6 game regular season matchup with the Knights in a tightly spaced home & home- Friday at the Labatt Centre, Back at the Lum on Saturday night.
And, with a bit of a breather, there on the horizon are the Kitchener Rangers sitting third in the Western Conference with as many points as the leaders in the Eastern Conference.
The Attack have known for a long time that the Western Conference in the OHL is the ultimate testing zone, and by the time the next two weekends conclude, Owen Sound will have a very good gauge of whether they can be considered contenders in the Conference.
