$55 million will also be put forward in tax deferrals.
An Emergency Care Benefit was also announced – its like an EI for people who are quarantined, ill, who have to self-isolate or care for someone who is sick.
Families will also get an enhanced Child Benefit program, while students get a 6-month interest moratorium on loans.
People who have to pay on their tax returns now have an extended deadline of August 2020.
