As for what’s shut down in Orillia this weekend, there will be no Orillia Transit/OWLS on Friday, April 10 and Sunday, April 12, but it will run Monday, April 13.
Due to the Easter holiday, there will be no garbage, recycling, green bin or yard waste collection on Friday, April 10. Friday collection will take place on Saturday, April 11 instead.
There will be no recycling, green bin or yard waste collection Monday, April 13. Collection for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day.
The city is also encouraging residents to use video conferencing apps to connect in new ways during Easter.
