The Walkerton Hawks of the Western Junior C Hockey League have announced that Brad Tiley will be their new head coach.
Tiley — who played for the Owen Sound Greys in 1987-88 — will take over the coaching duties for Walkerton.
The Hawks finished three points back of Wingham for first in the regular season last year, and lost the League Playoff Final in seven games.
Walkerton had won the League Championship the previous six years.
After playing for the Greys, Tiley played for three years in the OHL with the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds and then had a lengthy professional career.
In 2009-10, Tiley was an assistant coach to Mark Reeds with the Owen Sound Attack of the OHL
