OHL Playoffs
Brampton will have another chance to put away the Belleville Bulls.
The Battalion will be home for Game 6 of their OHL East final at 7:30 P.M..
If Brampton wins Game 6 they will take on the West champion Windsor Spitfires in the finals for the J-S Robertson Cup.
If Belleville wins, the 7th and deciding game will go Sunday night at the Yardman Arena in Belleville.
The Bulls stayed alive as Nick Palmieri scored on the power play to give them a 3-2 win in double overtime.
The Battalion lead the best-of-seven set 3-2.

Junior A Playoffs
Dudley Hewitt Cup
The Dudley Hewitt Cup tournament in Schreiber is now into the semi-finals.
Fort William will take on host Schreiber tonight.
The winner of that game will face Kingston for the championship tomorrow night.
The Voyageurs earned the bye into the finals after winning the tiebreaker.
All three teams finished the round robin portion at 2 and 1.

Kitchener Dutchman Coach Resigns
The Kitchener Dutchman of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League will be looking for a new head coach.
Ken Galerno resigned as bench boss after guiding the team to a 35-15-and-4 record this season.
The Dutchman finished the 2008-2009 season with 72 points second only to Brantford in the Mid-Western standings.
They were eliminated by the Golden Eagles in 5 games in the conference finals.
Galerno spent 6 years as the Dutchman’s head coach and accumulated 184 wins in 292 regular season games.

Winterhawks
The Saugeen Shores Winterhawks can wrap up the WOAA “AA” Championship with a win at home over Tavistock tonight.
Game time is 8:30 at the Coliseum in Southampton.
Advanced tickets are sold out – but there will be a limited number available at the box office tonight starting at 6pm.
