Midfielder Amado Guevara scored in the 36th minute to give Toronto F-C a 1-0 Major League Soccer victory over previously unbeaten Chivas U-S-A.
It was the first home victory for Toronto, which improved to 2-2-and-2 and ended a four-game winless streak.
Chivas fell to 4-1-and-1.
