The Shallow Lake Crushers scored twice in 1:18 late in the third period
yesterday, but couldn’t get the equalizer as the Milverton Drives hung on to
beat the Crushers 4-3 in their W.O.A.A. Senior ” B ” Playoff series.
While the Crushers could be happy with winning one of two away games over
the weekend, head coach Gary Henderson feels that yesterday’s game 3 is the
one that slipped away.
Milverton leads the WOAA senior B championship series 2 games to 1 with game 4 scheduled for this Friday night 08:30 at the Shallow Lake community centre.
