The Owen Sound Attack named rookie forward Steven Shipley as the Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week.
Shipley scored Saturday and added an assist in a 4-3 loss to the Saginaw Spirit.
Sunday afternoon in Guelph, Shipley set up Joey Hishon to bring the Attack within one goal of the Storm in a 5-4 loss.
Shipley finished the week with 1 goal and 2 assists to bring his total points to 37 points in his rookie season.
With 16 goals as an underage, Shipley trails only Bobby Ryan, Dan Sisca & Joey Hishon for goals by an underage player for Owen Sound
The Attack will be back in action Thursday and Friday evening when they travel to Saginaw and Sarnia respectively before completing the regular season schedule on home ice against the Windsor Spitfires Saturday night.
