The county of Simcoe has decided to cancel this year’s clothing and electronics collections.
The curbside pick ups were supposed to happen between August 31 and September 25.
But the county has been told that its contracted clothing processor has limited capacity as it adapts to service levels because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
So county council has decided to cancel both the clothing collection and electronics pick up for 2020.
