An all candidates debate geared towards youth will take place tonight in Bruce Grey Owen Sound
Its being held at Launch Pad Youth Activity and Technology Centre in Hanover beginning at 7pm.
Executive Director, Emily Morrison, says the format of the evening will be divided into two forty-five minute sections.
The evening will first begin with the candidates debating three questions that have been created, and supported, by youth across the riding.
Topics include low income housing, mental health support for youth in schools, and increased career focused high-school curriculum.
The second portion of the evening, candidates will debate questions from the audience.
Morrison tells Bayshore Broadcasting News incumbent Progressive Conservative candidate Bill Walker ,Liberal candidate Francesca Dobbyn,NDP candidate Karen Gventer, Trillium candidate Elizabeth Marshall will all be in attendance
There is a fifth candidate in Bruce Grey Owen Sound, Janice Kaikkonen of the newly-registered Consensus Ontario party, however she is not attending.
Meanwhile, another youth focused debate will be held in Owen Sound later this month.
Its being held at the First United Church on May 26th from 1-3pm.

The event is expected to be live streamed.
Officials say all candidates have confirmed their attendance for this event.
Under the Government of Ontario, youth are defined as individuals 29 and under.
The Owen Sound Chamber of Commerce will also host a debate on Tuesday from 7-9pm at the Bayshore Community Centre.
