As of Monday, July 13 when you enter into a public indoor space in Simcoe County you’ll be required to wear a face covering.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit made that announcement yesterday covering their region.
The Medical Officer of Health in Grey Bruce also gave notice yesterday, of the intent to order the mandatory wearing of face coverings in indoor public spaces in Grey and Bruce Counties.
It should be implemented over the next 10 days after consultations with stakeholders.
Meanwhile masks have been made mandatory in Toronto’s public spaces, and other municipalities and regions in the G-T-A are expected to implement mandatory mask wearing this week.
The mandatory mask order continues in Dufferin – Wellington.
