A 77 year old man is recovering from serious injuries, following a crash on Highway 12 in Tay Township.
Police say an eastbound Toyota pickup truck collided with a westbound Mercedes convertible near Frazer Lane on Saturday afternoon.
The driver of the Mercedes was airlifted to hospital, while the other driver, a 69 year old man, was treated and released.
He has since been charged with operation causing bodily harm, dangerous driving causing bodily harm and impaired driving.
While police were investigating the first crash, officers were notified of a possible impaired driver heading their way on Highway 12.
The vehicle got caught in a traffic jam and was stopped, resulting in several charges against a 23 year old woman from Tay Township.
