Caledon OPP have charged a driver from Mississauga after an impaired driving incident.
Police were called to Kennedy Road and Mayfield on Monday June 29th after two cars collided.
Witnesses at the scene said a black car that was involved, fled and was in a nearby residential area.
Officers found the vehicle with extensive front end damage on Sleepy Meadow Drive.
A 24 year old has been charged with a number of offences including dangerous operation of a vehicle, impaired driving, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident, as well as careless driving.
