The Georgian Triangle Humane Society desperately needs your help, along with many other animal shelters in the region.
Most are funded almost entirely from community fundraisers, which have been canceled due to the COVID- 19 pandemic.
The animal centre on the 10th Line in Collingwood is currently caring for 44 homeless animals and about 50 per cent of the shelter’s staff have reportedly been laid off.
