An application for a new cannabis retail store at 660 Atherley Road Suite 5 in Orillia has entered the 15-day public notice phase.
The Registrar will now consider written submissions as to why the proposed store is not in the public interest as set out in the regulation made under the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018.
