Collingwood Farmers’ Market vendors and downtown merchants will be well protected thanks to a Simcoe County company.
MPC (Molded Precision Components) from Shanty Bay is donating five hundred “Shield-U” face shields to the Collingwood Downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA).
The face shields will be used by the vendors at the market which opens this Saturday and will also be distributed throughout the downtown business community as they open their doors.
There will be a presentation of the shields on Thursday (June 25) afternoon at 3 in front of town hall.
