A Sauble Beach business owner has received a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of voyeurism.
57 year old Paul Upshall received 12 months probation and must perform 100 hours of community service.
Court heard Upshall placed a camera in the staff washroom at his Lakeside Home Hardware store last September.
Upshall says he was using it to investigate wiring problems, but forgot to turn it off — and a female employee found it and called Police.
But the OPP say the pictures were grainy and no body parts were shown — and the video was never downloaded to a computer.
