Huron County OPP have laid charges after a fatal crash near Seaforth.
May 13th, just after 1:30 pm, emergency crews were called to a crash scene at the intersection of North Line and Hydro Line Road.
Following an investigation it was determined the driver of an SUV was travelling northbound on North Line when it collided with a motorcycle that was stopped and attempting to make a left turn.
The 76 year old man on the motorcycle died as a result.
On Saturday, a 45 year old woman from Central Huron was charged with careless driving causing death and she will appear in court August 18th.
