The outbreak at the Centre Grey Hospital in Markdale is over.
Grey Bruce Health Services has announced the outbreak of MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) on the inpatient unit has come to an end.
The inpatient unit was closed to new admissions last Friday as a precaution after four patients tested positive for the bacteria.
But no patients became sick with an infection and there are no new cases.
Still the hospital will keep strict hand hygiene protocols for staff, patients and visitors.
