There are calls for Helena Guergis to pay taxpayers back.
Opposition MPsmade the call in the House of Commons on Friday.
According to the Toronto Sun, a couple of MPs say government officials should look at how much it cost for Guergis to allow her husband Rahim Jaffer to use her office and a blackberry assigned to her.
Liberal David McGuinty apparently wants the costs recovered and says there is a judgement problem in this matter.
Government documents made public this week show Jaffer used a parliamentary e-mail assigned to his wife’s office to contact government officials on behalf of companies looking for government funding.
