The Ontario Minister of Health Promotion is coming to Owen Sound.
Margarett Best will be the keynote speaker at a conference next month to launch the province’s Healthy Communities initiative in Grey Bruce.
Best will open the conference at a dinner and reception at the health unit on Tuesday May 11th.
Then the full conference will be held Wednesday May 12th at the Bayshore Community Centre.
The day long series of 21 presentations, speakers and workshops will explore strategies toward healthy community engagement and sustainability.
