It was a real case of bumper cars and it resulted in a 57 year old Cherry Valley, Ontario man being charged with mischief.
Saugeen Shores police say the incident played out at a gas station in Port Elgin.
The victim had parked at the gas pumps and started pumping gas.
The accused was already parked at the pumps and had completed filling his vehicle.
He asked the other driver to move his vehicle and this resulted in a verbal disagreement between the two men.
The accused then backed out, drove around in front of the other vehicle and then proceeded to deliberately reverse into the victim’s vehicle.
This resulted in damage to the front bumper.
