Plenty of money was raised while pins were knocked down for a good cause earlier this month in various bowlathons.
Officials are hoping to reach or surpass the 30 thousand dollar mark in Kincardine.
Over 29 thousand dollars was raised at the Bowl For Kids Sake event held in Kincardine.
About 180 bowlers took part this year – raising about the same as in 2009.
Organizers say more money is still trickling in through last minute and late donations.
Money raised – stays in Kincardine to help out the Big Brothers – Big Sisters Program.
In Hanover, 45 teams raised more than 35 thousand dollars and in Owen Sound, more than 20 thousand dollars was raised.
Organizers of all events thank everyone who took part.
